If you’re a graduate student tackling a dissertation or polishing important documents, we’re here to help you communicate with clarity and impact.
Cancellation Policy
Pearled Minds, LLC General Service Policy 1. Payments & Fees All payments must be made in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable once the first session or service has been completed. 2. Scheduling & Attendance Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may be forfeited. If a client is more than 10 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session may be considered missed. 3. Memberships & Packages Packages and memberships cover the agreed-upon number of sessions per month. Sessions do not roll over into the next month unless otherwise specified. Memberships may be canceled after the first month with written notice. 4. Client Commitment To ensure the best outcomes, clients are expected to actively participate and complete any assigned tasks, activities, or follow-ups. 5. Limited Liability Pearled Minds, LLC provides educational and coaching services intended for support and guidance. We are not liable for academic, career, or personal outcomes beyond the scope of our services. 6. Confidentiality All client information will remain confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law. 7. Policy Updates Policies are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates in writing.
